Claude Code
One .jsonl file per session, in a folder per project under ~/.claude/projects/. Pick the whole projects folder to read everything.
On macOS the folder is hidden: in the file picker press Cmd+Shift+. to show hidden folders. On Windows it is %USERPROFILE%\.claude\projects.
Codex Experimental
Session files are under ~/.codex/sessions/, in year, month and day folders. Codex logs have no cost, so cost shows as n/a.
Business rows
A CSV or JSONL file, one row per task. Needs input and output. Optional: final, decision (kept, edited or discarded), minutes and started_at.
